BioEvangelos is a tall, slim teenage boy. His hair is in the medium long style favoured by most pureblood males of the 1970s. He likes wearing muggle clothing, despite his loathing of the muggles themselves. They're so much more comfortable than robes, and don't make him look like a idiot.
Evangelos Wilkes is of German-Spanish descent, but he identifies more with his German side, regularly visiting the family home in Cologne and leaving the manor in Spain to his sister Claire (who attends Durmstrang) and the villa to his older brother, Henry. His Mother ran away while he was still very young, leaving the three in the care of their father in their large manor in Brighton.
He loves playing the guitar, and is rather good at playing drums too. He hates classical music, deeming it "much too boring for his liking". He indulges in cigarettes and alcohol, during the weekend it is almost impossible to find him without a cigarette hanging out of his mouth.
Evangelos prefers to be called Evan or Wilkes, even though Evan Rosier basically shares the same first name as him. Evangelos is greek for "Good Messenger", although Evangelos could hardly be described as such. He loves being the bearer of bad news.
So what really has changed about Wilkes?
Wilkes is obviously now a male, as intended in HP!Canon. Because I decided that his Dad didn't die, Evangelos is more spoilt and immature than Evangeline, not to mention a little shit.
He didn't take up classical instruments because his Mum ran off earlier than she did in Levi!Canon and therefore didn't get to force Evangelos to do jack. He also didn't learn Spanish, because she buggered off.
I swapped around the Wilkes@Durmstrang gender thing, so now it's little sister Claire (who is now not a squib) at Durmstrang. He's still protective as shit over her. Just she doesn't get shipped off to an Orphanage and probably ends up just as spoilt and boyish as Evangelos.
Also fucked around with the name meanings. Evangeline means "Good News", whereas Evangelos means "Good Messenger". Not so much of a difference, but yeaaah. Angie tends to be bad news, and Evan loves to be the bearer of bad news.
Because Evan is obviously not as into his studies as Angie is, he's one bored son of a bitch. As you can imagine, boys with lots of money + time to burn = Clubbing, smoking, drinking. He really has nothing to do with his time other than get wasted with the best of them. Evangelos could do something real flash with himself, but he doesn't have that need to prove himself that Angie does.
So yes, lots of changes. Deal. XD
